Are you tired of feeling like you're "pretend adulting"?
Does some version of "What am I doing with my life?" run through you head on the regular?
Do you find yourself feeling lost or overwhelmed by "the Big Questions" and wanting to escape your life?
Sometimes people get stuck and those feelings grow into an Anxiety Disorder, Depression, or period of angry outbursts.
As previous ways of marking adulthood, like leaving home, buying a house, getting married, having children, etc. get pushed further back on your timeline, 20-30 something year olds find yourselves in a new in-between developmental stage. You know for sure that you're not a teen anymore, but you don't really feel like a "real adult" yet either.
Without clear markers for "successful adulting", it's easy to ask "How am I doing compared to my friends?" as a way to determine your own success (or failure), but what's correct for them isn't necessarily what's right for you.
If you feel stuck and like you're failing, I can help you with your insecurity, doubt, and expectation hangovers. Maybe you despair that their actual life looks nothing like how you once imagined it would. Or maybe to others it seems like you "have it all", but inside you feel lost and empty.
Having so many options and possibilities is supposed to be a wonderful privilege, but without skills to know which choices are correct for you, it can instead be overwhelming and lead to crippling indecision or exhaustion from trying to it all with no real plan.
In our work together I'll blend skills-based coaching with more traditional therapy (which helps you heal from the things that have been holding you back).
Discover answers to your Big Questions and learn the skills that will let you confidently engage in life with authenticity, clarity and purpose.
